Job Description

  • Industry knowledge welcomed but not required, training will be provided
  • Travel to job sites and monitor work from conception to completion
  • Review work progress daily
  • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
  • Coordinate and work with vendor partners to keep projects running according to the schedule
  • Liaison between the field, project manager, and others working on the project
  • Ensure that safety procedures are followed per KAI safety policy
  • Ability to look ahead and see the “big picture”
  • Represent Kansas Asphalt, Inc. in a professional manner
  • Other related job duties as assigned

Required General Skills

  • Build strong relationships with customer service satisfaction
  • Follow directions and provide written and verbal communication
  • Observant and have the ability to raise issues based on urgency to higher-ups

Required Education and Skills

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Hands-on pavement construction knowledge is preferred, but not required
  • Computer skills helpful
