Kansas Asphalt - Concrete Finisher

We are seeking Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to concrete work, including mixing and pouring concrete, finishing surfaces, and ensuring the quality of the final product. Responsibility:
- Mix and pour concrete according to specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools to finish concrete surfaces
- Smooth and level freshly poured concrete
- Apply finishing techniques such as stamping, staining, or sealing
- Repair and restore damaged concrete structures
- Set up and dismantle concrete forms
- Operate equipment such as concrete pumps or welding machines as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Skills:
To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Proficiency in concrete mixing and pouring techniques
-  Experience in restoring damaged concrete structures
- Basic welding skills for repairs or modifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools for concrete finishing
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or construction plans
